SYMPTOM(s):
Paste into an Editor Widget doesn't display correctly the double quote character.
Paste into an Editor Widget from Note Pad doesn't display correctly the double quote character.
Paste into an Editor Widget from Microsoft Word doesn't display correctly the double quote character.
CAUSE:
If the default fonts used in the Progress Session are not True Type and the fonts used from Note Pad or Microsoft Word are True Type you will experience this issue.
Some characters are not equivalent between True Type fonts and non True Type fonts.
FIX:
Modify your progress.ini file in way to use default fonts as True Type font and export the progress.ini file to the Windows registry using INI2REG.EXE
