FIX:
All that is required for converting a 10.1A database for use with 10.1B are the following steps:
1. truncate the BI of the database using proutil from 10.1A
2. backup the database. A backup performed with probkup (from 10.1A) is strongly recommended.
3. start the database with 10.1B.
The database is then converted automatically upon startup of the 10.1B database server.
