FIX:
A database will have the Time Zone from the OS from when the proserve was started.
Example:
Database db1 is started with proserve when the Time Zone is set to Europe/London
In the database log file the timestamps will be in GMT
Than change the TZ environment variable to be Europe/Amsterdam and start db2
Db2 will now have Time Zone Europe/Amsterdam
