SYMPTOM(s):
WsCustErr.txt file is not saved in the working directory when defining customized error messages with a WebSpeed Messenger only installation.
The file is saved in the $DLC directory instead.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by development
FIX:
Change the name of the default msngrs.properties file to ubroker.properties and change this name in the accompanying wspd_cgi.sh script as well.
