PROPATH entry for the folder that contained the .i file was added as a linked resource

This is a known issue
FIX:
As a workaround, in the PROPATH Editor, instead of adding the linked resource folder with the "Add Directory..." button use the "Add External Directory.." button and add the actual file system folder
