SQL-89 ODBC files missing from OpenEdge 10
OIB and OID executables are missing from the Progress installation directory

CAUSE:
The _prooibk and _prooidrv executables are required for SQL-89 database connectivity in Progress 9.x and earlier.
As of OpenEdge 10, SQL-89 database connectivity is not provided and therefore these files have been removed from the product.
FIX:
Configure and connect to the database using the newer SQL-92 standard. Knowledge Center solutions P7843 and 20143 provide guidance on how to do so.
