Error running webspeed URLs
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
Error when running webspeed workshop
Error when running webspeed ping command
Error when running webspeed messenger admin command
The webspeed messenger log file is not generated at all
Manually running cgiip from %dlc%\bin directory generates messenger log file
The task manager does not show cgiip.exe process when webspeed URL is entered into browser
The scripts virtual directory has read and execute permissions
The IIS 6 has web service extension mapped for cgiip.exe
CAUSE:
The scripts folder that virtual directory mapped to is created under c:\inetpub\wwwroot directory. IIS sets special permissions to this directory so any executables can not run
FIX:
Delete the scripts virtual directory under IIS and recreate it mapping c:\inetput\scripts instead
