Error 2311 in Roundtable with Dynamics, changing workspaces.
In a Dynamics Roundtable session, shutting the procedures to change the PROPATH and switch to a new workspace results in error 2311.

WARNING: Propath change will cause library 'adecomm.pl' to be closed which contains a running procedure. Library will remain open. (2311)
WARNING: Propath change will cause library 'adedesk.pl' to be closed which contains a running procedure. Library will remain open. (2311)
For the adecomm.pl error the running procedure is adecomm/as-utils.w.
The adedesk.pl 2311 error causes the session to hang and needs killing from the Task Manager.
CAUSE:
Application error. There was a problem in the code that was incorrectly causing persistent procedures to be killed.
FIX:
Correct the application code.
