Using OpenEdge Architect
SYMPTOM(s):
Action "Compile" for project does not compile only modified files in Architect
Using menu action OpenEdge > Compile on project name in Resource view
All files are compiled
Only some files were modified since last compilation
CAUSE:
This is expected behavior.
The "Compile" action for the project will rebuild all files, regardless of modification time or prior existence of r-code.
FIX:
In order to perform incremental builds, use the "Build" action in the Project menu.
