FIX:
To rectify the problem:
Go to http://www.psdn.com/library/entry.jspa?externalID=2241&categoryID=459 and choose any of the following:
a) Update the existing installation of the OpenEdge 10.1B Documentation and Samples CD extracting the contents of the 101B_samples zip file.
b) Uninstall 10.1B Documentation and Samples, download the CD from the Product Download center (http://www.progress.com/esd/index.ssp), and reinstall.
