FACT(s) (Environment):
EasyAsk 9.6
CAUSE:
Due to new dates for Daylight Savings Time in 2007, java jre or java jvm must be updated.
FIX:
Update java jvm to 1.4.2_13 by downloading and executing jvmupdater.bin from ftp://ftp.easyask.com Patches folder. This will update the jvm shipped with EasyAsk 9.6 to 1.4.2_13.

Update java jre by using the TZupdater tool available from www.sun.com
