One cause of Apptivity error " <dbpath> isn't a valid path

If you recently installed Apptivity 2.1 and had Apptivity 2.0
installed prior to installing Apptivity 2.1 you must manually adjust
the PATH and CLASSPATH environment settings to remove references to
the Apptivity 2.0 paths.

On NT the installation for Apptivity 2.0 defined these environment
settings as USER variables. Apptivity 2.1 defines them as SYSTEM
variables. After installing Apptivity 2.1 you must make sure that
the USER settings match the SYSTEM settings or remove the USER
environment variables for CLASSPATH and PATH altogether.

If your environment settings still refer to the Apptivity 2.0 paths,
you will receive an error like the following if you try to run the
sample applications or use the databases shipped with the samples
to define new datasources:

C:\Apptivity20\samples\Northwind\Northwind.mdb isn't a valid path.
Make sure that the path is spelled correctly and that you are
connected to the server on which the file resides.

You may receive this error even if the ODBC data source definition
specifies the proper path to the database.

To correct this error remove references to the Apptivity 2.0 paths
in your environment variable settings.
