Architect hangs when selecting a large number of errors in the Problems tab
Limit on number of reported errors raised from the default limit of 100 entries
More than 1000 entries displayed in the Problems tab
No response from Architect
Task manager shows javaw.exe using 100% CPU time
Entries are not selected
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
As a workaround, the list of errors can be accessed in the following file in the workspace directory:
.metadata/.plugins/com.openedge.pdt.text/<project name>/progress.log
Note that in this file the list of errors are separated by an ASCII 4 delimiter instead of a newline character. This delimiter should be replaced by newline characters to make the list of errors clear.
