Windows 2003
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00110542
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1E02+, 10.0B03+, 10.1A or later Progress/OpenEdge release.
In case SP has been applied, there are additional steps to take:
1) stop cluster service
2) copy %DLC%/bin/PSCl*.dll into (c:)\windows\cluster
3) start again cluster service
These steps have to be done on each and every cluster node.
