Report Builder fails to start
Using RBSTART.PF to apply parameters to Report Builder
Only -NUMSEP is specified in RBSTART.PF
CAUSE:
By adding only -NUMSEP, the separator and decimal values are set to the same character, hence the error
FIX:
Use both -NUMSEP -NUMDEC in RBSTART.PF
