SYMPTOM(s):
The RUN statement becomes more and more slow.
Initially, the RUN statement is very fast, in the order of milliseconds.
After hundreds of executions, the RUN statement may take seconds.
.r code is stored in libraries (.pl files)
Client is using the -plm startup parameter.
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00145648
FIX:
Remove the -plm parameter from your client startup.
While this may increase client memory usage slightly, the RUN statement will perform consistently across the entire session.
