Broker could not spawn a server. (1157)
BROKER: Could not spawn a server. (1890)
Remote clients getting 1890 message when connecting:
Databases start in multi-user mode
Clients can connect if databases are started using -S portnumber instead of portname.
CAUSE:
Services file has an invalid character or is corrupted.
FIX:
Replace the services file with a known good copy.
