CAUSE:
Bug# 170402 in Eclipse. See:

FIX:
It is possible to update EMF adding a specific URL explicitely, as explained in:
http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/updates/
or
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=170402
In order to do it,
Go to Help,
Software Updates,
Find and Install,
Search for new features to install,
Add Update Site....
