Undefined Error in server Search Advisor after installing EasyAsk 9.6 patch dated 12/15/2006
CAUSE:
Attempting to use Search Advisor with 9.6 patch dated 12/15/2006 on an indexed EasyAsk dictionary whose index was built with code prior to the 9.6 patch.
Since the index format has changed with EasyAsk 9.6 patch dated 12/15/2006, you cannot open an index built with previous 9.6 code base.
FIX:
Build a new index or delete the .bin file located in the dictionary_Files folder to cause a new .bin file to be created
