SYMPTOM(s):
Service pack install fails with cannot create output file <path>\jre
CAUSE:
The service pack zip file was extracted into the install directory
FIX:
This is a new install of 10.1A and the follow procedure was followed to clean up this install:
1. Uninstall Progress cleanly
2. Reinstall Progress.
3. Extract the Service Pack files to a temp directory that is not a child of the install directory.
4. Follow the instructions in the READMESP.txt file found amongst the extracted files.
