Using Crystal Reports Runtime Engine to print reports via 4GL
Progress session hangs after printing several reports
Problem occurs on every attempt to print the reports
No error message is displayed on screen
Protrace file shows an access violation occurring in NTDLL.DLL
Stack trace from PROWIN32.EXE reads:
RtlFreeHeap
free
Same code run on other Windows PCs does not cause the Progress session to hang
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Reinstall Crystal Reports
