SYMPTOM(s):
Error: The license file for the specified ActiveX control was not found.
Error occurred in procedure: <procedure name> (6078)
CAUSE:
You may not have a design time license for the ActiveX Control you are trying to use. Please remember that the UIB can only give you a list of the ActiveX Controls that are installed and registered on your machine. We have no way of knowing if a control is licensed for design time use until we actually attempt to instantiate a copy of the control. Unfortunately, Microsoft gives us no way of determining the type of license a control has without actually creating an instance of the control.
FIX:
The correct resolution to this problem is to talk to the manufacturer of the ActiveX Control and purchase a design time license.
