SYMPTOM(s):
GPF does not occur in Progress 9.1D06 and below
FORMAT size is increased / extended i.e. x(20) = 4 chars is extended to x(2000) = 7 chars
Size of FORMAT is increased after browse has been realised
GPF occurs when scrolling the browse beyond the fields in the viewport
