SYMPTOM(s):
STRING of Logical value returns "Y " in UTF-8
LENGTH of string returns 3 rather than 1
Database has been converted to UTF-8
Using -CPINTERNAL UTF-8 and -CPSTREAM UTF-8
If FORMAT is not used, correct value is returned
If no -CPINTERNAL is specified then the correct result is returned
Same behaviour in GUI, batch-mode and WebSpeed
