Actuate 3.x
FIX:
The Requester API, which allows an Actuate report to be run directly
from a Progress 4GL application is now packaged in a new product
in Actuate 3.
The DLL, called reqst32.dll in V2 and acrq3041.dll in V3, is still
included in Developer Workbench. It is now also included in the
Actuate Software Development Kit ( SDK ).
The Actuate Software Development Kit (SDK) is introduced with release
3.0.6. The Actuate SDK contains:
- Actuate Viewer and Desktop ActiveX controls
- Requester API (also included in the Developer Workbench package)
- Report Server API
The following changes are made to these Actuate release 3.0.6 products
Developer Workbench
- Report Server API has been moved to the Actuate SDK
Report Server
- Requester API has been moved to the Actuate SDK
- Report Server API has been moved to the Actuate SDK
