FIX:
If a Fathom / OpenEdge Replication 'Plus' license is installed, then the answer is Yes. It is possible to connect both 4GL and SQL-92 users to the target database. These users can only read data from the target database but not write to it.
If a Fathom / OpenEdge Replication license (not 'Plus') license is installed then an upgrade to the 'Plus" license will be required to get this functionality.
