SYMPTOM(s):
InstallShield Setup Launcher hangs after silent install of 10.1A02 when -notify option is used
Service Pack 10.1A02
InstallShield Setup Launcher (setup.exe) stays in the system after the process successfully completes
The last entry in the installation log reads:
ResultDescription=Installation completed successfully.
The problem doesn't occur when -notify option is not used

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00135865
FIX:
As a workaround, remove -notify from the command string of 10.1A02 silent install
