Getting error 962 when trying to grant SQL92 privileges to users within the Procedure Editor
CAUSE:
The Procedure Editor is not a SQL92 client. It does not have the capability to issue SQL92 statements against a database.
FIX:
Use the character version of the SQL Explorer to issue grant statements or revoke statements.
