The above protrace file did not unwind completely
Installation of OE10.1A01 service pack did not correct the problem
The problem disappeared after installing OE10.1A02 service pack
CHANGE:
Upgraded the WebSpeed from Progress 9.1D to OE 10.1A
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Install service pack OE10.1A02
