Using READ-XMLSCHEMA method for a temp-table causes memory leak
The memory is not released until the end of the Progress session.

Bug# OE00135225
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B or later.
As a workaround you can define a ProDataSet and use READ-XML-SCHEMA method of the ProDataSet object
