Code has been saved in OpenEdge 10.1A02 Service Pack or later
CAUSE:
As result of bug fix 20060605-021 the structure of the AppBuilder code is changed in OE10.1A02. Therefore due to architectural changes in the way we store information, files opened and saved in 10.1A02 cannot be opened by *any* earlier version than 10.1A02.
FIX:
Progress doesn't support backward compatibility. Files created (or saved) with a newer version could never be opened using an older version. Open the file with the AppBuilder version you saved the file in first instance
