SYMPTOM(s):
Can not customize WebSpeed error messages
The wsCusErr.txt does not get recognized
Neither customize error by redirecting or by displaying text works
WebSpeed errors are still being displayed even when wsCusErr.txt is in working directory
The WRKDIR is set correct
The wsCusErr.txt is created and owned by root
Permission for the file is -rw-r--r-- 1 root root
Apache web server is started by user Apache
The webspeed messenger log file has the same permission but is owned by apache
Permission for the file is -rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache

CAUSE:
Permission issue. The Apache user could not read file wsCusErr.txt created and owned by root
FIX:
Change the owner of the file to Apache
