Database Connection with blank userid not permitted (12702)
Connecting to database does not prompt for user name and password
12702 error is not followed by a log in screen
Blank user ids disabled in Data Dictionary/Adminstration in the Admin -> Database Options
Not using the Data Dictionary/Administration Disallow Blank UserID Access in Admin -> Security
Database Auditing is enabled.
CAUSE:
This is expected behavior. This option is considered "in addition" to the existing methods of removing blank user-id access to tables in fields via the Admin -> Security option. This was designed to prevent any user with a blank userid from even connecting to the database and not prompting for multiple attempts to login.
FIX:
This is expected behavior.
