BUG: Changing cluster in 6.2L is broken
In PROGRESS Release 6.2L there is a bug with the PROUTIL utility that
prevents you from changing the cluster size in the BI file. To
workaround this bug, use an earlier release of PROUTIL to change the
cluster size. The bug is fixed in 6.3 releases.
