AppServer does not start
AppServer agent log file is empty
AppServer broker files reports: java.net.ConnectException: A remote host refused an attempted connect operation. (8521)
Agent startup parameters are correct
Agent connecting to database via DataServer
CAUSE:
The custom Probuild binary was not built properly
FIX:
Rebuild the DataServer executable.
