The following error is apparent when the default example.asp page was run against sports 2000

The messenger verify from progress provided vercfg.asp page causes the following error:
WebSpeed Messenger Access Unsuccessful.
Unable to access NameServer NS1 at host on port 0, cs_status = -9000
CAUSE:
The messenger is not able to write to the log file because of the folder permission not allowed for anonymous access user, IUSR_<machine_name>.
FIX:
Add IUSR_<machine_name> to the folder security with read, write and modify privileges.
