Fathom Management installation does not show any errors
Installation of Fathom Management as local Administrator account
After reboot, InstallShield Setup Launcher encountered a problem and needed to close.
Event ID: 1000 Faulting application setup.exe, version 7.1.100.1248, faulting module setup.exe, version 7.1.100.1248, fault address 0x00009068.
Event ID: 1004 Reporting queued error: faulting application psxss.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module PSXSS.EXE, version 8.0.1969.1, fault address 0x0004c993.
Event ID: 1004 Reporting queued error: faulting application setup.exe, version 7.1.100.1248, faulting module setup.exe, version 7.1.100.1248, fault address 0x00009068.
Event ID: 1517 Windows saved user [server]\Administrator registry while an application or service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use
Event ID: 1516 Windows unloaded user [server]\Administrator registry when it received a notification that no other applications or services were using the profile.
CAUSE:
This message is returned by incorrect handling and use of the Installshield variable used to flag reboot.

This issue has been fixed in OpenEdge Management 3.1B
For 3.1A, our investigations show that these messages can safely be ignored. Continue with the Fathom Management configuration setup.
