Unable to connect to host localhost on port 8200

There are a number of reasons for this error in Apptivity. The
most common of which is if the user is trying to run an applet
using Netscape Communicator. This is addressed in the release notes
and also in kbase 17505 "Apptivity cannot connect to host <hostname>
on port 8200". The error can also occur if Connection Manager is
not running. Please see kbase 17819 " cannot connect to port 8200
without apptivity formdesigner" is you encounter this error in
Apptivity Developer.

Another time this error may be encountered is when deploying.
The message indicates that the server is expected to be on
"localhost". This means that the applet has been run using
a "file" protocol, instead of "http" protocol. If it had been
run through "http" protocol, then Apptivity would be trying
to connect back to the same host that served the applet.

For example, while the applet is physically located on another
machine, you have established a logical drive from the client
machine and are trying to open the .html file directly instead of
going through the HTTP server.

This error can also occur if you do not deliver your application
in the correct way - i.e if you just copy the files to another
location rather than chosing the deliver project option within
Apptivity.
