RTB and how to accomodate different Progress.ini's

RTB uses the same Progress.ini to run RTB and to compile any procedure
s within it. You cannot specify a different .ini file.

If a RTB user wants to stipulate a different .ini for use within RTB,
then they should recompile RTB using the .ini file that their
application will use.

If a RTB user wants to stipulate different .ini's while in RTB (i.e.
one .ini for one project and another .ini for another project) then
follow this method:

Use 2 different compilations of RTB (against the same repository
if needed). One set of .r files will be compiled with one .ini, the
other set of .r's for the other .ini. Separate sessions of RTB would
be used to manage each product. (use the appropriate .r's and .ini's
for each case)
