FIX:
Shutdown all OpenEdge products on the system.
Use the License Update icon to begin the update process on Windows.
If more than one version of OpenEdge or Progress exists on the system remember to use the icon from the relevant version of OpenEdge to update the appropriate progress.cfg file.
