Retrieving data with MSSQL linked server
Retrieveing data with Microsoft SQL server
Error 7399:optional feature not implemented
CAUSE:
Windows Data Execution Prevention (DEP) setting is set to prevent the application from running properly.
FIX:
Access the DEP setting by right clicking on My Computer - Properties - Performance Settings - Data Execution Prevention, Select "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only".
