DLC environment variable incorrect (5276)
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
The registry keys for the affected user were still referencing the previous installation directory; it is unclear why this happened.
FIX:
Fix the registry keys in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\PSC\Progress\<version>\Startup section to refer to the new installation directory.
