GOAL:
Does WebClient look for application updates after it the application has started?
FIX:
No.
WebClient checks the version of Progress it uses and the version of the application it should be using when the WebClient application starts.
Although it may be possible to programmatically have a client listen for a message on a TCP socket and take action if it receives specific directives this has not been built into the WebClient as it is currently designed.
