CAUSE:
Bug# OE00126845
CAUSE:
When internally trying to convert/translate an empty string the size of the empty string is then compared to the size of the
translated string and since both sizes are 0 the error message is displayed.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge version 10.1B or later
