CreateSharedFiles: OpenFile proenvsh.bat: Failed.
Error happens if running NetSetup using a UNC mapping
Error happens if running NetSetup using a mapped drive
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
OpenEdge 10.1x
CAUSE:
The drive share permissions are inadequate. The user running NetSetup needs to be able to write to the server machine housing the Progress NetSetup directory. The drive needs to share Full Control, Change, Read
FIX:
When creating a Windows Share, click the Permissions button and make sure that the account is given the following permissions: Full Control, Change, Read.
