sysprogress.sysproctext table does not exist in newly created database
running select * from sysprogress.sysproctext returns error
Table/View/Synonym not found (7519)
Creating stored procedure produces message that it exists.
Attempts to call the stored procedure produces 7519 error.
CAUSE:
Progress does not support java stored procedures or triggers on our 64 bit platforms.
FIX:
This is expected behavior.
