How do I extract Progress files after downloading the compressed tar library from the ESD site?

FIX:
Uncompress the .Z file using the following command:
uncompress filename.tar.Z
To extract install files from the tarball, run the following command:
tar -xvf filename.tar
Once the files are extracted run the proinst from the extracted files. You must not run proinst from the directory in which it resides.
