The OpenEdge Web Service client hangs indefinitely on the CONNECT method
The connection to a Web Service does not time out
CAUSE:
This will happen when the OpenEdge Web Service client has made e connection to the Web Service, but never received the WSDL document.
FIX:
To minimize this from happening change your code to connect once per session to the same Web Service.
