UIB Hang in Machine with MATROX Video card.
In a machine with a MATROX video card. When the UIB is brought up and
a function is tried, the machine locks up. This is a conflict between
the MATROX video card and Windows NT 4.0. The card does some
off screen caching of memory associated with the bitmaps, which
is causing the problem. This must be turned off.
To solve the problem you must change a value in the registry.
