FIX:
No, this parameter cannot be changed. It is an internal buffer size used by Progress to read and write data. Any attempt to change this would not be productive since the read and write data is split into 1.5K TCP packets at the Network layer. This is where any read/write bottleneck occurs.
Although it would be more productive to focus on other areas of the Application/configuration where changes will be more effective.
